HVAC energy regulators CPCE LB LG Series for compressor
CPCE Capacity Regulators adapt compressor capacity to actual evaporator load.
They are designed for installation in a bypass line between the low and high pressure sides of the refrigeration system, for hot gas injection between evaporator and thermostatic expansion valve.
Injection should be arranged to occur through an LG liquid-gas mixer.

Refrigerants: HCFC and Non-flammable HFC refrigerants.
Regulating range 0 - 6.0 bar (0 - 87 psig),
factory setting 0.4 bar (5.8 psig),
max. working pressure 28 bar (406 psig).
Max. test pressure 31 bar (450 psig).
Access port: ¼ in. Schrader valve for pressure testing.

The CPCE regulator is used to adjust the compressor load to match the actual load of the evaporator.
The CPCE-type energy regulator is installed on the high-pressure side and low-pressure side of the refrigeration system. It is specifically designed for the hot steam injection between the evaporator and the thermal expansion valve, and the injection is typically carried out by a LG liquid-gas mixer
